My Best Work From My Professional Photography Class

This semester I had the privilege to take the COMM 316 Professional Images course from Sister Caryn Esplin. I will be graduation this semester in Visual Communications. Through my career and studies the past 4 years I have grown as a graphic designer, but this last semester I decided to challenge myself and learn about professional photography, a hobby I’ve had since I was little. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to learn along side many amazing photographers. These is some of my best work this past semester, which includes a little of what I learned. I was also able to explore different styles. By the end of the course I am drawn to taking sharp images, with dark shadows and bright colors. I loved learning product, landscape and fine art photography but I enjoy taking portraits the most. I try my best to creates natural images with human emotion.

I know I still have a lot to learn but I am eager to dive into the world of professional photography. This article by Casey Chan can be helpful for other starting photographers like me.
